Did you know there are several ways to make FillersFinds.com interactive? I am always looking for ways to hear from our readers. If you have questions, comments, or want to share the latest deals you have found why not let us know?

There are lots of great ways that you can reach out to us and we ENCOURAGE you to do so as often as you like. (I tend to get a little depressed when no one is interacting, makes me wonder if anyone is reading this stuff, lol)

#1 - Leave us comments on Fillers Finds Facebook Page. I envisioned our FB page to be a "Coupon Community" where we could all share our experiences, or deals, and even our coupon problems (why did that just remind me of 'Meatball Problems' from the Jersey Shore, lol). A safe place where no question is stupid and fellow couponers are happy to help each other. Problem is no one is talking!!

#2 - Leave a comment under posts on the website. If you have a question about a certain coupon or deal we posted about you can click on the blue link (example below) that says "0 comments" and if you really like the post you can use the little boxes next to the comment link to email to a friend or share it on your FB page. If you thought the post was cool, interesting, or helpful just click on the appropriate "reaction" button (also shown below) this let's us know what kind of content you like and want to see more of. It also let's us know that the hours we spend sharing deals is helping others!

#3 - Send us an email. Fillersfinds@yahoo.com is the best way to get help with problems you are having with the site or to ask questions you prefer not to publicize.

Weekly Round Up Feature Added!!

We post a lot of different Round Ups each week for you. These include things like the Weekly Restaurant Round Up, Retail Round Up, and Baby Deals Round Up. Some of these are brand new each week some of the Round Ups are just added to each week.

To make it easier for you to find the round up you are looking for we have added a drop down menu that can be found under the "Stores and Match Ups" tab at the top right of the website.
If you hold your mouse over "Stores and Match Ups" then follow your cursor down the list of different stores and hold the cursor over Weekly Round Ups a new side bar shows up with links to all of the different Rounds ups we post about. Hope that helps you to navigate the site a little easier!

How to fix your Facebook!!

Facebook has now updated their formatting to allow you to change your setting so that you always see the Most Recent Stories first!!!

To do this, go to your Facebook wall and look for the “Sort” drop down menu at the top of your wall:

Click on the little arrow and make sure you select “Recent Stories First”. This will allow you to see all posts, in the order they originally posted, on your wall. If you stick with the default “Highlighted Stories First”, then you will only see the posts Facebook thinks you want.

FYI: FREEBIE Sites and Offers!

I wanted to let all of you know that Ashley and I do everything we can to verify all of the offers we post about before we post them. Once in awhile a coupon or offer will have expired while we are typing or sometimes we even just make a mistake (if you can believe that : )

We try not to post anything that requires you to have to sign up for 15 different offers in order to get a coupon or free sample and/or we feel may be a threat to your computer. Eversave is one of those sites that I do not recommend and the same goes for Lifescript samples.

2 of these offers were posted about over the weekend and have since been removed because they slipped by us. Our promise to you is that we will try everything we can in our power to ensure we are only posting relevant and legitimate coupons, offers, and deals but if something slips by us PLEASE don't be shy and let us know!

Fillers Finds had a remarkable day yesterday and I wanted to share this with all of you!

First we reached a huge milestone as it relates to page views. We hit 100,000 views!!! I have been looking forward to this since we started the page in December and so a HUGE Thank You is order to all of you for checking us out and following us!!

We also had 2 separate television appearances in the same day. WEWS Channel 5 aired my interview about the effects of Extreme Couponing and We talked about Summer Savings With David Moss over at Fox 8's - New Day Cleveland Show in the morning!! I will have those video clips available on the As Seen On TV page soon!

Finally, Fillers Finds was choose as the Blog of the Month over at Amy Sue's Place and will be featured on her site the entire month of July!! Check out her site as she blogs about a ton of great things such as reviews, giveaways, and budget friendly ideas!! Thanks for picking us Amy!!

Just to Clarify......

Did you know that the label for each drop down menu at the top of the page also has its own page?

So for instance, if you click on the "Couponing 101" tab (top of the page) the list of couponing abbreviations and other helpful information is there.

Same goes for all the labels. "About , Coupons, Stores & Matchups, and Extras" they all have their own page associated with that label in addition to the pages the drop down when you move your cursor over them.

Some of you have been having trouble finding certain pages so I wanted to make sure everyone was aware of that!

Rite Aid Trip Today! FREE Toothbrushes and Cake Mix!

I should have done 3 transactions since I didn't have a lot of +UP Rewards going in, so I spent $19.89 and saved over $100 between coupons and discounts.

FYI I have a survey at the bottom of my reciept that I am going to complete online that will give me a $3 off $15 purchase. So keep yours eyes open for that.

Giant Eagle Trip!!

I have been so busy with the website and the other parts of the business that I haven't been able to do my own couponing for awhile. So I ran to Giant Eagle and Rite Aid to get a few things today.

Total spent after coupons $17.12

My sister and brother in-law in Georgia scored all of this for $.98!!! Before coupons $44.29!!

Quick Giant Eagle Trip!!

Quick trip to Giant Eagle today to get a few things I needed for dinner tonight and to get a few deals that are ending today.

Another Fellow Finders Publix Trip Today!!

This is a trip Dave's cousin went out and got for his family using coupons. He lives in South Carolina! Here is what he had to say on his Facebook post!!

Rite Aid Trip Today!!

After seeing the Johnson & Johnson Coupons reset yesterday I couldn't resist heading back out today! All of the products in the picture were FREE!! I only paid tax!!Saved over $135!!

Fellow "Finders" Trip to Rite Aid!!

Here is another example of sweet savings! Jackie spent $19.06 OOP and received $29 in UPS for her next shopping trip at Rite Aid!! Nice Job! Thanks for sharing with us Jackie!!

Rite Aid Trip Of SAVINGS!!!

WOW this week IS a really great week at Rite AID!! I went in with $11 in UPS from last weeks trip. I used a ton of coupons and did 3 transactions.

Spent:
$1.79 Out of pocket (before tax)
$12.08 after tax

Earned:
 $31 in UPS (that I will use next week like cash)

Saved:
$264.64!!!

I can't say this enough, If you are not "effectively" using coupons, you are throwing away hundreds of dollars a month and thousands a year!!!

Rite Aid Shopping Trip Yesterday!!

I went in with $9 in RA coupons and UPS, I spent $6 out of pocket including tax and left with $11 in UPS to use next weeks! 

A Few Deals I Found @ Giant Eagle This Week!!

Colgate is $1.50 each, I bought 7, then I used (7) $.75 off coupons from the 1/30 SS Those cpns double to $1.50 ea. making all 7 FREE. I had to pay $.34 in tax, and then I received a $3 catalina due to this week's promotion (spend $10 on select items get $3 off your next purchase. Making this deal a $3 MONEY MAKER (before tax)

The next transaction I did was on the Irish Spring Soap. I have been waiting to stock up on these as we were almost out and this is the soap we like. I hadn't seen any coupons and/or sales so I was getting nervous that I might have to pay full price, but low and behold GE saved the day.

The Irish Spring is 3/$5 ($1.67ea.) I bought (12) 3-bar packs, I used (6) $.50/2 cpns from the 1/30 SS, the cpns double making the total $14.04 but I used the $3 catalina from the first transaction, and received (2) $3 catalinas since there was a similar promotion this week for the soap. So after everything I paid $5.04 for 36 bars of soap or $.14 each!!
