I just got an email from Sheetz and this is what they had to say:

Halloween is just around the corner. So we thought we'd start off right and treat you to your choice of MilkyWay® candy bars. Choose from Original (2.05oz.), Simply Caramel (1.91 oz.) or Midnight® (1.76 oz.) Good through 10/25/2011.

Remember that all you have to do to get this is take scan your Sheetz Card while checking out with your candy bar. It will automatically take the candy bar price off of your total. What is better than FREE Chocolate???
