Back To School Shopping: What Is a Good Stock Up Price Anyway!

I have heard from a lot of readers asking how do you know if you are getting the best deals on back to school supplies and what is the best price you will traditionally see on certain items during the "back to school" shopping season. So here is my response. Ashley and I have put together what we think are the best prices on the most common back to school items and we also put a list together of the cheapest prices from last year at Walgreens as a way to gauge rock bottom pricing.
